The Illustration Window is designed to fill three needs:
(1) to facilitate constructing figures for papers or presentations
(2) to keep track of complex construction projects and allow you the flexibility to change and update the project information easily
(3) to serve as a library of commonly needed constructs, linkers, adaptors, polycloning regions, gel standards, etc.
Constructs, gels, and sequences can be selected in their own windows and pasted into the Illustration Window; and individual constructs, gels and sequences can be Copied from the Illustration Window and Pasted into New Construct or Gel Windows for further editing.
